APPLICATION ACCESS
It is the request of the Parkinson Family Foundation that, whenever possible, grant seekers use the online application form.
The administrative office cannot pre-screen applicants or evaluate any proposals.
By proceeding to the application form, you are attesting to the following:
• I have carefully reviewed the Guidelines and I am aware of the grant range
• I have reviewed the FAQs, which contain additional important information about this process
• I am aware that the steps of the application process are also listed in the 'Application Instructions' PDF
• I am aware that formatting tips & tricks are offered in the Budget Prep Guide PDF
• My request does not fall into any of the areas of exclusion, including (but not limited to):
- playgrounds, school security, libraries;
- food pantries, short- & medium-term food insecurity, housing insecurity, homelessness;
- retreats, camps, long-term care facilities & homes;
- mental health, medical treatment or research, developmental disabilities & care, mental & behavioral health;
- mysticism, sexuality, diversity;
- endowments, individuals, local neighborhood projects, general fundraising drives
• Before requesting status updates on our application, I will review the confirmation email sent out by Foundation Services at the time of submission
• I agree not to share the passcode with anyone outside my organization
